We provide delivery services exclusively within Australia, including mainland regions, offshore areas, and remote locations.

All orders placed through the website are processed via authorised logistics partners and delivered within Australia in accordance with section 62 of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which requires services to be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value below €98 are subject to a flat shipping fee of €5.

Orders with a total value of €98 or more qualify for free delivery within Australia.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout in accordance with section 48 of the Australian Consumer Law regarding single price disclosure.

After payment is completed, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days from the dispatch date.

All listed prices include applicable taxes and charges as required under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
