Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We provide delivery services exclusively within Australia, including mainland regions, offshore areas, and remote locations.

All orders placed through the website are processed via authorised logistics partners and delivered within Australia in accordance with section 62 of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which requires services to be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value below €98 are subject to a flat shipping fee of €5.

Orders with a total value of €98 or more qualify for free delivery within Australia.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout in accordance with section 48 of the Australian Consumer Law regarding single price disclosure.

3. Order Processing Time

After payment is completed, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 15:15 on a business day will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 15:15 will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), National Employment Standards.

4. Delivery Method and Timeframe

Delivery is carried out by carriers specialising in furniture and home goods.

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days from the dispatch date.

This timeframe is provided in accordance with sections 18 and 29 of the Australian Consumer Law, which prohibit misleading statements regarding delivery.

5. Taxes and Charges

All listed prices include applicable taxes and charges as required under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
