1. Order Cancellation Conditions
In accordance with section 18 and section 29 of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), customers are provided with clear and accurate information regarding order cancellation conditions.
- Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the time of payment confirmation. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, or if the 24-hour period has expired, cancellation is no longer available.In this situation, the customer must wait for the delivery of the parcel and follow the return procedure provided on the website.
2. Cancellation Request Procedure
To submit a cancellation request, the customer must contact the customer service team of the store and provide the following information:
the relevant order number
proof of payment to allow verification
The request will be reviewed by the store, and necessary checks will be carried out to confirm eligibility for cancellation.
3. Cancellation Processing and Refund
Once the cancellation request is approved:
the order cancellation will be processed without delay
the customer will receive confirmation via electronic communication
the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days using the original payment method
The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the financial institution or payment service provider.
